Job Description

The position includes receiving calls from prospective client/customers, listening to customers, explaining our service, and scheduling appointments for multiple truck routes and service technicians in a specialized computer program. Other responsibilities include coordinating new client folders and new appointment printouts, recurring scheduling, input of daily account activity, updating mailing lists, assist in brainstorming marketing ideas and tracking success of marketing campaigns, and other office tasks some of which include word processing and spreadsheet programs.

Qualifications

Seeking professional individual. A minimum of 2 year associates degree or equivalant preferred. Must be honest, hardworking, personable and dependable, organized, and pay close attention to detail, and have excellant communication skills both oral and written which require all conversations with clients to be conducted in a professional manner.

Compensation

Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
