There was a hole in the insect netting behind the louvered venting in my attic area, which allowed bats to take up residence.  I needed them to be removed. Tom Minser of Critter Control was polite when he informed me that the bats in my attic couldn't be removed until late summer, by law.  In spring, he explained the process of removal and did an overall house inspection to see if there were other points of entry.  When he came back in the summer to install a one-way bat escape valve, he and my husband decided if they could encourage the bats to leave with the help of a spray bottle of water, we could replace the netting ourselves for a savings of $170.  It was greatly appreciated.

Last week I called Critter Control to rid the household of a rodent-like creature, species unknown. From that call forward, the process exemplified that of a well-run business, a rarity in today's world of service providers. I especially wish to commend the work of your technician, Tom Minser. Tom called prior to his arrival and arrived promptly.  He listened well to my description of the kitchen creature (later determined to be a shrew) and made excellent eye contact both as a listener as well as a communicator.
